This BMS system solution is based on Renesas ’ISL78600 automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) lithium-ion battery management solution (BMS) and is designed to meet the stringent safety, reliability, and performance requirements of next-generation electric vehicle applications. Our battery balancing and safety portfolio uses the highly integrated ISL78600 lithium-ion battery management and safety monitoring IC with many advantages that can significantly reduce HEV / PHEV / EV battery packs and their associated battery management cost systems. Monitors up to 12 batteries in series. This part provides accurate monitoring, battery balancing and extensive system diagnostics. Contains three battery balancing modes: manual balancing mode, timing balancing mode and automatic balancing mode. When the charge transfer value specified by the host microcontroller is met, the auto-balance mode terminates the balancing function.

Application area: BMS all-in-one solution for mini cars, golf carts, field cars, logistics cars and other batteries with less than 48 strings. Can be used for all types of lithium-ion batteries: lithium manganate, ternary, lithium iron phosphate, etc .; Reference standards: QC / T897, GB28046.
