C8051F332 Beschreibung

The C8051F33x small microcontroller (MCU) devices are available in 20-pin and 24-pin packages and include up to 16 kB flash with 10-bit ADC and 10-bit DAC. A pin-for-pin compatible one-time Programmable (OTP) EEPROM version is also available (C8051T63x).

With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, Watchdog Timer, and a clock oscillator, the C8051F33x devices are truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solutions. The Flash memory of these small MCUs can be reprogrammed even in-circuit, providing non-volatile data storage, and also allows field upgrades of the 8051 firmware. User software has complete control of all peripherals and may individually shut down any or all peripherals for power savings.
