MSD7802-Z01-L2 Beschreibung
applications. It is configured with one parallel Transport Stream interfaces for external demodulator, a
multi-format audio and video decoder which is capable of decoding MPEG-1/2/4, H.264 (ISO/IEC 14496-10), VC-1.
It has a digital video encoder of supporting CVBS, S-Video, YPbPr output. For digital output, the MSD7802 also
has a built-in HDMI 1.4b compliant transmitter.
For multimedia applications, the MSD7802 includes one USB 2.0 host controller, making it possible for the
MSD7802 to decode and record media files via those sources from external storage devices. With built-in highperformance MIPS34Kf CPU and DDR2/DDR3 SDRAM controller, the MSD7802 can fulfill the requirement of
modern multimedia applications.
For Basic Interoperable Scrambling System (BISS) applications, MSD7802-BXXOptional provides the Common
Scrambling Algorithm version 2 (DVB-CSA v2) capability with only fixed key. This supports BISS-0, -1, -E definedin EBU-UER Tech 3292 rev.2, BISS-E, 2002 Aug.
