SJA1105PELY Beschreibung

The SJA1105PEL/QEL/REL/SEL Automotive Gigabit Ethernet Switch Family extends the capability of the SJA1105EL/TEL switcheswith improved security-related features, extended interface options.

  • The new frame listing feature limits the switch data processing to known sources preventing the forwarding of erroneousor malicious data.
  • The updated interfaces offer extended IO voltages options and a new SGMII interface.
  • The switches are compatible with IEEE AVB. The QEL and SEL variants support extended TSN features.
  • NXP-original AUTOSAR drivers and AVB SW stack, are available for this series.

The SJA1105PELY is a 5-port Ethernet switch integrated circuit by NXP Semiconductors, designed specifically for automotive applications. It operates at a data rate of 1Gbps, adheres to the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet type, and has a supply voltage range up to 1.2V. Housed in an LFBGA - 159 package, it supports various interfaces like MII, RMII, RGMII, and SGMII, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. Key features include support for IEEE standards 802.1Qbv, 802.1Qci, and 802.3bw, integrated 100BASE - T1 PHYs, and advanced features like time - sensitive networking (TSN) capabilities.
